Molly Needelman is a user experience strategist at YouTube, a part of Google. As the second person on the then-nascent Visioning team, Molly has been instrumental in developing a successful UX Strategy practice at YouTube. She works with product teams across YouTube to identify opportunities and articulate a clear product vision.
Previously, Molly worked with premier business design consultancies helping corporations envision, explain, and realize their internal strategy. She has worked with a diverse range of organizations, including Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and leading non-profits.
